By accessing and using PocketCvt, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of the service

PocketCvt provides free, browser-based file conversion and developer tools. You may use these tools for personal, educational, and commercial purposes without creating an account.

You agree to use PocketCvt only for lawful purposes. You may not use our tools to:

• Process illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Interfere with the security or operation of the site

No warranty

PocketCvt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Conversion results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
• Any specific tool will be available or continue to function in the future

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and quality of any output generated by PocketCvt before using it in production or relying on it for critical decisions.

Security tools disclaimer

PocketCvt includes tools for hashing, encryption, and cryptographic operations. Please note:

• MD5 is not secure for cryptographic purposes. Use it only for non-security checksums, not for password hashing or collision-resistant integrity checks.
• AES and other encryption tools are for learning and testing. Do not use browser-based encryption for production secrets or sensitive data.
• JWT tokens decoded on this site are not verified. Token contents are displayed but signatures are not validated. Do not paste production tokens containing live credentials.

For production security operations, use dedicated libraries and secure environments, not browser-based tools.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mernsol and PocketCvt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or incorrect conversion results.

You assume all responsibility for the output of any conversion and for backing up your original files before processing them.

Intellectual property

The PocketCvt website, design, and branding are owned by Mernsol. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the site design without permission.

PocketCvt uses open-source libraries for conversion functionality. These libraries are licensed under their respective open-source licenses.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of PocketCvt after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
